A plucky 78-year-old fought off a sexual predator who climbed into her Petone home through an open window at the weekend.
The woman was at home in bed about 8.20pm on Saturday when the man, aged about 20, came into her bedroom, Detective Sergeant Brent Murray said. She fought him off.
