HAMILTON - A pre-depositions hearing for four people charged with kidnapping Hamilton six-year-old Jayden Headley will be held in Hamilton District Court on April 23.
Kaikohe couple Jeremy Daly and Tania Thomase will appear on that date.
At an administrative hearing today in Hamilton, Judge Robert Wolff excused Jayden's mother Kay Skelton and his grandfather Dick Headley from appearing at the pre-depositions hearing.
