Powerball winner could take home $13m

A single ticket-holder could win $13 million in the Powerball jackpot this weekend, the second-biggest prize recorded.

Powerball now stands at $11 million but the winner could also take home $1 million from Strike and $1 million from the first division, all on the one ticket.

The largest prize won in New Zealand was $14,763,254 last April by a ticket sold in Kawerau.
