KEY POINTS:
Electricity savings slipped a little in the past week as a cold weekend boosted demand, say organisers of a national voluntary power saving campaign, Winter Power Group.
Consumers cut use by 3.2 per cent for the seven days ended yesterday, against the same period a year ago.
That was below savings of 3.6 per cent for the week ended Friday, and 3.4 per cent the previous week ended Tuesday.
