KEY POINTS:
A truck driver has been injured after his heavy truck and trailer carrying potatoes rolled on State Highway 1.
Inspector Ken Climo said the truck is blocking both lanes 20kms South of Waiouru but "light vehicles" can get through.
He said diversions are in place via SH4, through Wanganui and Bulls.
There will be delays for the next two hours as heavy salvage equipment and a crane have been called in from Palmerston North.
