Postie deliveries to addresses in quake-hit Christchurch will resume tomorrow.
New Zealand Post says deliveries on Saturday were cancelled following the earthquakes the previous day, which forced the evacuation of the mail processing centre in the city.
It is now again operational and mail is being processed ready to be delivered tomorrow.
However it may not be possible to deliver some mail to addresses in areas of the eastern suburbs and Sumner because of damage or obstruction.
Occupants at those addresses will be advised of other arrangements if their mail cannot be delivered.
