A political poll taken last week shows little change in parties' popularity since the election despite the length of time it took to form a government.
A National Business Review-UMR Research poll, published today, puts Labour on 43 per cent, about 2 per cent up on its election result and National on 40 per cent, about 1 per cent up on its election result.
The Greens were up 0.7 per cent to 6 per cent, while NZ First was down about 1 per cent to 5 per cent.
United Future polled 1.9 per cent and Act 1.1 per cent.
At the election they polled 2.7 and 1.5 per cent respectively.
The poll was taken from October 13 to October 17 -- the day the Government was formed.
It therefore does not register respondents' reaction to the final shape of the Government.
The poll of 750 people has a margin of error of 3.6 per cent.
