Winston probably has some correct information but totally out of context and it is an effort to divert voters from the real issues. Personalities are important but not as important as the issues. Peters is politically devious, Clarkson is politically naive, 'you take your pick'.

Mr Peters never speaks out without having verified his facts. He is usually spot on. What would people have him do, when information like this comes to hand? I have confidence in Mr Peters, as the one and only politician in parliament I would trust. If he says he will do something, he does it. He is the only honest politician in the house. To his credit, he is also the only MP who can see both sides of any issue facing the country. He is strong and reliable.

Winston's dragging out the dirt on anyone and everyone in the path of what seems his righteous march to parliament has simply become ghastly. Myth and rumour, scaremongering and innuendo. He is a low gossip, causing real damage to real people and their families. Embarrassment caused by real issues are one thing, but the time and efforts digging dirt on others. This isn't someone to run the board of directors of NZ Inc. Just a grubby fellow.

I think Winston Peters has finally lost it, and hopefully the good voters of Tauranga will deliver him a resounding defeat on Saturday. Time after time we have seen Mr Peters sling baseless accusations at people, from Muslim immigrants and now to his National rival for the Tauranga electorate. Were it not for the other fine people on the New Zealand First list, I would wish that the party would disappear from Parliament altogether after this election.

So, Winston has more 'revelations' to ration out? How original. Let us hope that on Saturday the Tauranga electorate finally say enough to his tired encore performance of the dance of the hundred veils. And while we're at it, enough of that other cliched ditty of his-- "The immigrant boogy man did it".
