The Libertarianz party has added a provocative touch to its election campaign by printing the home address of Helen Clark on its billboards.
The billboards went up at the weekend and, as required, include the name and address of the man who authorised them, Robert Palmer of 10 Tui Glen Rd, Birkenhead. Below Mr Palmer's details is the statement: "As Demanded by: Helen Clark, [number deleted]Cromwell St, Mt Eden.
"It is a bit cheeky," Libertarianz spokesman Luke Howison said yesterday. "It's pointing out that we're being forced to reveal our identity, and it's fair play to identify the people who are forcing us."
He said he had not checked the legality of including Helen Clark's address.
