If Trevor Mallard was a member of a political party that championed the free market and supported the principle of supply and demand; if Trevor Mallard hadn't initiated the act which tightened the rules around on-selling tickets to major events and introduced fines for scalpers; if Trevor Mallard wasn't known as the bovver boy of the House, then he would have got away with selling tickets to a music festival on Trade Me for a profit.
However, because of the reasons outlined above, he deserves every bit of the ribbing he's getting.
