KEY POINTS:
Police following up a wilful damage complaint at a house in the Hastings suburb of Flaxmere at the weekend found about $20,000 worth of stolen property.
Senior Sergeant Stuart Fleming said police went to the house early on Saturday and discovered a haul of stolen goods including LCD televisions, laptop computers, video cameras and alcohol.
A 20-year-old Flaxmere woman has been arrested and is due to appear in Hastings District Court on May 22 on receiving charges.
Mr Fleming said inquiries were continuing, but some of the items had been matched to burglary victims.
