Police have seized $1.2 million-worth of methamphetamine destined for sale in the Manawatu.
The P bust was a joint operations between Customs and Police, who seized 1.2kg of the drug and made two arrests yesterday.
The operation, which began in January, resulted in the interception of 10 parcels addressed to several Palmerston North properties.
Police carried out a search warrant on a Palmerston North address yesterday where methamphetamine, a shotgun, ammunition and a large quantity of cash were found.
A 35-year-old woman was arrested and charged with multiple counts of importing and supplying methamphetamine.
