Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was hit while crossing the busy intersection of Manukau and Arcadia Rds in Epsom.
The accident occurred at 4.25pm on March 12 , when traffic was heavily congested, police said.
"We're hoping a lot of people may have witnessed the incident as it was peak hour traffic and there was heavy congestion, sergeant Garry Ball of the serious crash unit said.
"If anyone saw the accident, or has information, please let police know."
