Lower Hutt police are investigating two hit-and-run incidents which are thought to be gang-related but have yet to find victims.
A light-coloured Japanese vehicle was reported to have deliberately hit a male walking in the Naenae shopping centre carpark about 10.40am yesterday, Detective Sergeant Mike Sears said.
Then, in what was thought to be retaliation, a second hit-and-run was reported about noon today in Farmer Cres, Taita.
