KEY POINTS:
Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of an Auckland man who went missing more than a week ago.
Joshua James Heremaia, 21, was last seen in Waikato on March 17.
Hamilton City area commander Inspector Rob Lindsay said Mr Heremaia had not been in contact with family and his disappearance was out of character.
Mr Lindsay said anyone with information on Mr Heremaia's whereabouts should contact Hamilton police.
