Police are seeking the public's help to identify the body of a man found on a popular north Auckland Beach this morning.
A member of the public found the man - described as Asian and aged in his mid-20s - at Orewa beach about 7.30am.
He was located at the north end of the beach next to the cliffs, a police spokeswoman said.
She said the man did not have any identification on him, but was wearing black track pants with a white stripe down the side, a hooded sweatshirt and orange socks.
