Police are searching for an 84-year-old man who is missing from a rest home on Auckland's North Shore.
The man was last seen just after 4pm today, at an address on Glenvar Rd, in Torbay.
Police have concerns for his welfare and are seeking sightings of him.
He is described as Caucasian, with grey hair, and he is about 5 ft 10 inches tall.
He was wearing a bright red jersey, brown pants and glasses.
Police said it is possible he may be trying to get to Browns Bay.
Anyone with information on the man's location is asked to call the Police Communications Centre on 09 571 2800, and quote the event number P030946423.
Two people have died and others are injured following two crashes on Saturday.
