Police seek help finding 84-year-old man missing from Torbay rest home

Police are searching for an 84-year-old man who is missing from a rest home on Auckland's North Shore.

The man was last seen just after 4pm today, at an address on Glenvar Rd, in Torbay.

Police have concerns for his welfare and are seeking sightings of him.

He is described as Caucasian, with grey hair, and he is about 5 ft 10 inches tall.

He was wearing a bright red jersey, brown pants and glasses.

Police said it is possible he may be trying to get to Browns Bay.
