KEY POINTS:
Police have concerns for an Upper Hutt man who went missing on Thursday and suffers from epilepsy.
John Albert Gerraty was last seen in the Clouston Park area of Upper Hutt about 4pm on Thursday.
Police said he might be disorientated because he has missed taking his medication since he has been missing.
He was described as European, about 180cm tall with a thin build, and grey/brown hair that was balding on top .
He was last seen wearing a navy blue polar fleece top, a white striped polo shirt and possibly a white baseball cap.
Police said Mr Gerraty walked with a limp, was blind in one eye and suffered from epilepsy.
Anyone with information regarding Mr Gerraty's whereabouts was asked to contact Upper Hutt Police.
