A man with a life-threatening head injury discharged himself from Middlemore Hospital this morning, and police have concerns for his safety.
Leni Namono, 48, was admitted to hospital last night due to a head injury which caused bleeding to his brain.
Medical staff and police are concerned that his injury may be life-threatening if he doesn't receive medical attention.
Police searching for Namono are seeking the public's help.
He is described as Pacific Islander of solid build.
