A facial composite image of a man who allegedly assaulted a woman in Lower Hutt on Boxing Day has been released by police.
Police said the woman was sexually assaulted in an alleyway by Delaney Park in Stokes Valley about 7pm.
Investigators have now released a facial composite image of the offender, described as a muscular man, about 1.75m tall, in his late teens or early 20s.
Detective Constable Mark Sutton said people might remember the man's distinctive T-shirt, which was black with two purple and two yellow squares on the front, and white writing below the squares.
