KEY POINTS:
Northland police shouldn't have much trouble sniffing out the man responsible for robbing the Kaitaia ANZ Bank last week.
Witnesses told police that while the man sought to obscure much of his face with sunglasses and a hat, he neglected to cover the bright green tattoo on his nose, the Northern Advocate reported.
The man entered the Commerce St branch around 3.45pm last Thursday and handed the teller a note demanding money.
He was described as Maori, short and stocky and aged in his 20s or early 30s.
