An Auckland police officer who pushed a teen off his bike and held him up against a fence will not face criminal charges.
In August a clip posted to Facebook showed the police officer pushing the boy off his bike.
The video was viewed nearly 40,000 times.
Upper North professional conduct manager Inspector Tracy Phillips said police had now completed a criminal investigation.
Police were called to Savill Drive and Alderman Pl, Mangere, after receiving multiple calls about a group of disorderly youths making excessive noise, fighting and of cyclists weaving in and out of traffic.
