KEY POINTS:
Police have released the name of a man who died after he lost control of his car and crashed into a concrete end structure of a bridge near Morrinsville.
He was Vernon Charles Ormsby, 36, from Morrinsville.
Mr Ormsby died of his injuries at the scene on Sunday night.
