Police have released the name of a man killed in a crash in Southland over the weekend.
He was 24-year-old David Sandri from Lumsden.
Emergency services were called to the single vehicle crash on the Dipton-Winton Highway at around 11.45pm on Saturday night, police said.
Police are still conducting a serious crash investigation and are unable to comment on the cause.
