Police name man killed in Koromiko crash

Police today named the man who died in Wairau Hospital after he was involved in a vehicle crash south of Picton on Sunday morning.

He was Colin Charles Hill, 72, of Picton.

The cause of the crash, at Koromiko on State Highway One, is still being investigated.

Mr Hill was one of four people who died on the roads at the weekend, lifting the road toll this year to 137 -- four more than at the same time last year.
