Police have released the name of a 14-year-old girl who died following a crash earlier this month.
The crash happened on August 8 at the intersection of Windsor Road and Bellevue Road in Tauranga.
Ngawaira Wanata Kake died at Starship Hospital on August 17 as a result of her injuries.
Police offered their sympathies to her whanau and friends. They are still making inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
