KEY POINTS:
Palmerston North police have made a second arrest for the robbery of the Starbucks cafe in the city this month.
Detective Glenda Barnaby, of Palmerston North CIB, said today that a 25-year-old man was arrested yesterday and charged with the November 15 robbery.
He would appear in Palmerston North District Court today.
A 20-year-old woman appeared in Palmerston North District Court on Saturday on a similar charge. She was bailed on strict conditions to reappear on December 14.
