Police are on the hunt for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run which landed a man in hospital in Christchurch on Christmas Eve.
Christchurch police are seeking information regarding a white van involved in the incident on Madras and High Streets, around 3.30am last Saturday.
The 23-year-old man struck by the van was hospitalised with back injuries, but is now recovering at home, police said.
The white van will have frontal damage.
Police appealed for the driver of the van and anyone who may information about the incident or the vehicle to come forward.
