North Shore Police are continuing their investigation into two attempted kidnappings. The incidents have happened within the last three days.
A Red Beach schoolgirl was approached on Wednesday afternoon by a man in a white two-door vehicle.
He offered her a ride, which she declined.
Police say the man fits the description of the person who allegedly grabbed a five-year-old boy in Greenhithe on Monday afternoon.
He got out of a white ice cream truck and approached the boy, who managed to get away and run to his mother.
