Police are investigating the death of a 26-year-old man found at a home in the East Coast.
Emergency services were called to a Tolaga Bay house at 11.15pm on Saturday.
They arrived to find a man dead.
Detectives are conducting an investigation to establish the cause of death and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A post-mortem is being carried out today in Palmerston North.
