KEY POINTS:
Police are looking for a peeping tom who was seen at two homes in the Porirua suburb of Titahi Bay, north of Wellington.
Constable Matthew Campbell of Porirua CIB said the man was seen by the occupants of the houses on Wednesday and Thursday mornings about 6.30am.
The man was looking through the windows "peeping and peering, watching the residents inside getting ready for the day", Mr Campbell said.
They follow the pattern of similar incidents that have happened in the area over the past six months, he said.
The man was described as either Maori or Polynesian, in his late teens, about 165cm tall and of a medium build.
He had dark fuzzy hair that was short in the front, had a thin moustache and was wearing a brown hoody.
Mr Campbell asked if anyone saw the person to call 111.
