Police hunt for boy, 6, missing from library

Police in Hamilton are urgently trying to locate a six-year-old boy last seen in the city's public library at around 7.30pm tonight.

Police said the boy - Jayden - was a caucasian, described as being tall for his age with blond hair cut in a number one hairstyle.

He was wearing a long sleeved red and blue tee shirt and navy blue trousers.

Inspector Matt Sillars asked anyone who had seen Jayden or knew his whereabouts to contact their nearest police station.
