Police are waiting for a pathologist's report before deciding whether anyone will be charged over the death of an Auckland man in March.
Mt Roskill welder Raymond Frank Lelisi, 30, was found dead at a relative's property in New Lynn on March 12, two days after being involved in a fight at an Avondale bar.
He is believed to have left the bar on foot with a relative and went to work the following day. He was last seen alive on March 11 and was found dead in bed on March 12.
Police said the investigation was being treated as a suspicious death inquiry. A postmortem examination was inconclusive and a pathologist report was called for.
