Waikato police have found a missing teenage girl who failed to return from school in Hamilton yesterday.
Megan Jenkins was reported missing to police around 5pm and was last spotted at Fraser High School around midday.
Police said Megan had the mental age of 8 or 9 and given the wet weather overnight there were grave fears for her safety.
Police and Rescue teams had searched through the night and all morning.
