Police in Queenstown are fearful a failed sex predator may strike again. They are looking for a man alleged to have made explicit sexual suggestions to a 13 year-old boy yesterday.
The teenager escaped to a nearby building, but Detective Lisa Watt is concerned the man may now pick on someone who is less street-wise.
She says given the number of young people in Queenstown on holiday, it is likely the man will try again.
The man is described as a 30 to 40 year-old with greasy brown hair, crooked yellow teeth and a large scar on his arm. He was driving a white van with tinted windows.
