Police fear for missing Wellington dad

Police are concerned for the welfare of 41-year-old missing Wellington father Ralph Llewelyn Hargest.

Mr Hargest has not been in contact with family or friends since he left his Newtown home on foot at about 10am on yesterday.

Police said his disappearance was out of character.

He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans and described as Caucasian, about 1.84m tall and of medium build. He is clean shaven, with thinning brown hair flecked with grey, and blue eyes.

Anyone who has seen or been in contact with Mr Hargest should contact the police.
