Auckland police say they are becoming increasingly concerned for the safety of a 37-year-old Waterview man, last seen on June 5.
Luke Mitchell is believed to be travelling in a white 1998 Toyota Caldina with the registration CPT102.
Police described him as a slightly built Caucasian with short hair and said he was a surfer who could be at a coastal location.
Sergeant Matt Srhoj said Mr Mitchell's bank accounts hadn't been accessed since early June and he had failed to keep appointments or contact family or friends.
"His vehicle was seen at an address in west Auckland on June 18, but we haven't been able to establish why or how it was there," Mr Srhoj said.
"If anyone knows where Mr Mitchell is they should advise Police as soon as possible."
