Police hold concerns for a woman who went missing from a Hamilton respite home in a depressed state early yesterday morning.
An urban search and rescue operation was launched after Raewyn Wyatt, 49, was reported missing by family about 6pm.
She was last seen at a Stanley St address about 2.30am and has not been found despite extensive enquiries by her family.
Senior Sergeant Pete van de Wetering of Hamilton police said Mrs Wyatt had been suffering from depression and had for the last week been receiving care at an Opoia Rd house.
Police were very concerned for her safety and have appealed to the public to help find her.
