A New Plymouth school has been cleared of bullying allegations following a police investigation.
An inquiry was launched in May this year when the mother of a student boarding at New Plymouth Boys' High claimed that he had been bullied in a dormitory.
Pip Houghton-Rountree, of Wanganui, said she had been forced to remove her son from the school.
But yesterday CIB Detective Sergeant Greg Gray said the investigation found no evidence of any criminal activity, The Taranaki Daily News reported.
He said police were satisfied the school dealt with reported incidents appropriately.
