KEY POINTS:
Hastings police are still looking for two men in relation to a serious assault at the city's Mongrel Mob headquarters.
The attack is alleged to have happened last Sunday, leaving a 34-year-old man seriously ill in hospital in Wellington.
One man has so far appeared in court, charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. Police are still at the gang house, carrying out a full scene examination with the help of ESR scientists.
They have set up a phone line for anyone with information, 0800 567789. Sergeant Kevin Stuart says any tip-offs will be confidential.
