A man has been charged with murder after the death of a woman rural Otago on March 8.
Sharon Diane Comerford, 53, died from a single gunshot to the head. Her body was found in Seacliff, 30 kilometres north of Dunedin.
Dunedin police said today a 59-year-old man had been charged with murder. He will appear before a judge at a hospital bedside hearing today.
