KEY POINTS:
Police have charged a man over an aggravated robbery at the Westpac Bank in Christchurch this afternoon.
He will appear in the District Court tomorrow.
Police earlier said a man had passed a threatening note demanding money to a teller at the bank's Canterbury Centre branch at the corner of Cashel St and High St about 1pm. He left with a small amount of cash.
