KEY POINTS:
A wanted man who apparently leaped off a second-storey balcony to elude police capture in Queenstown on Friday has been found. Nathan Neil Kensington, 31, also known as David Fisher, from Auckland, fractured his skull and three vertebrae in the jump, says Acting Sergeant Grant Miller said. Following a tip-off from a member of the public, police found him on Sunday at another house.
Kensington failed to appear in the Auckland District Court on a raft of charges including possessing and selling methamphetamine, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle and burglary.
