Police have busted a methamphetamine manufacturing operation in Rotorua.
Armed police executed a search warrant at a Ngongotaha lakefront address around midday today.
A number of firearms were recovered, as well as the discovery of the meth-lab.
A 32-year-old Rotorua man is currently being spoken to by police, with charges likely to be laid.
Detective Sergeant Ryan Yardley says a detailed scene examination is now underway, which is expected to take several days to complete.
