Police are calling for the co-operation of the Tribesmen motorcycle gang, as the investigation into the death of a young prospect continues.
On February 21 2016, Clayton Ratima, 24, as admitted to Middlemore Hospital with injuries consistent with having been severely assaulted.
He died three days later.
Detective Senior Sergeant Albie Alexander said detectives investigating Ratima's death have information that he was assaulted at the Tribesmen Motorcycle Gang headquarters in Berrit Place, Otara, during the early hours of February 21.
The Tribesmen headquarters has now been vacated by the gang, seemingly after this incident occurred.
