PM ejected from Parliament's Chamber

The Prime Minister has been ejected from Parliament's Chamber for a breach of standing orders.

Helen Clark interjected as National's Nick Smith was asking a question.

All questions must be heard by the House in silence, so Speaker Margaret Wilson was forced to ask Helen Clark to leave.

Newstalk ZB political editor Barry Soper said it was an extremely rare occurrence.
