Plunket are hosting a fashion night with stylist and motivational speaker Lisa O'Neill, who will present her popular show What a Woman Wants.
Plunket spokeswoman Trish Thompson said the money raised was going towards creating a new car seat rental building, which is planned as an extension to the existing Plunket Rooms on Worksop Rd, Masterton.
The revamped building would become a Plunket hub for the wider area, offering clinical services, staff training, parenting education and support groups, as well as the car seat service.
The fashion night includes a raffle for a night's accommodation at the White Swan, Greytown, a $200 voucher for Wakelin House Restaurant, and $250 worth of Earth 174 beauty products.
The event is on at the Copthorne Hotel Solway Park on Monday, September 23, at 7.30pm, with doors open at 7pm.
