KEY POINTS:
A plumber who got the wrong Rotorua house found himself in a spot of bother when the occupier heard noises and rang police.
The man, who thought he was supposed to be doing a job at a Manuka Cres house in the Hillcrest suburb, soon found himself surrounded by police and a police dog and handler.
No plumbers yesterday would confess to the "crime". One said: "No one would probably admit to it anyway."
