A decision has been reserved after a High Court hearing yesterday into whether Karl Unuka Check can reverse his guilty plea to murdering a Wanganui toddler in a gang-related drive-by shooting.
In April, Check and Hayden Wallace admitted murdering 2-year-old Jhia Te Tua.
Last month, however, they indicated they wished to withdraw the guilty pleas. A hearing for Wallace has been adjourned until Monday.
