A pizza oven fire sparked an evacuation of the Langham Hotel last night.
Fire fighters were called to the hotel just before 9pm after a pizza oven in a ground restaurant caught fire.
A Fire Service spokesman said the blaze, which was contained in the flume of the oven, was sending flames out the roof of the building.
Fire fighters used an aerial appliance with a large boom to subdue the fire.
